The Role

LoveGunn is an award-winning branding agency, established in 2017. We’re straight talking, collaborative and curious, and work closely as a team to create outstanding work.

As Junior Designer at LoveGunn you will be hands on, getting involved in all aspects of agency life. You will support our design team in various creative tasks, bring clever copywriting to each project, contribute fresh ideas, and support our team in delivering exceptional work. If you’re someone who loves tackling design challenges, creating stand-out branding, and maybe dabbling in a little motion design – we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality designs for digital, branding, and print projects
• Collaborate with the team on design, marketing, and strategy to bring ideas to life
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, social media content, and marketing materials
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform design and tone of voice decisions
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality work
• Be on time – once briefed, discuss timings with project manager and agree how long it will take
• Focus on collaboration. Volunteering ideas on existing client accounts and new business opportunities/pitches

Experience

• A strong portfolio showcasing projects from concept to delivery
• A self-starter, able to work independently (though always with the support of the team!)
• 1–2 years of experience working in a design studio environment
• Good skills with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to clearly articulate ideas to both the team and clients
• Good attention to detail is a must
• Experience in motion design is a plus
